Responsibilities

The RN, Clinical Assistant role is responsible for delivering high quality care when working directly and indirectly with patients in the Pediatrics practice. This is accomplished by leveraging clinical expertise and utilizing comprehensive nursing education to support clinical judgments and decision -making, while demonstrating great customer service skills. This position is embedded in the clinical support team, and will work directly with providers, medical assistants, patient service representatives and office leadership daily. The RN, Clinical Assistant position also holds a critical role in helping to maintain and nurture the office culture and CMMG Vision of remaining patient focused and promoting teamwork within the practice and other departments. This is demonstrated by embracing opportunities for growth, utilizing great communication and collaboration skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to navigate the day to day patient flow and daily events.  

 

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with up to six (6) months RN experience.
  • Current RN license within the state of practice.
  • Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS required.
  • IV Certification preferred.
