Position Summary:   Under the direction of the Director of Behavioral Health, the Behavioral Health Clinical Team Lead's reposibilities include: - Clinical supervision of full-time clinicians and trainees when appropriate - Providing support and direction to the clinical and clerical staff regarding behavioral health workflows and scheduling needs, - Managing the referral queue, and being a primary point of contact for other system departments. - Coordinate the care management activities across the Opioid Health Home, ensure that there is a current Plan of Care/ITP for each member, and ensure that there is appropriate supervision of the Recovery Coach.
